01 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the lt999 platform (https://lt999.onl) and all its services. By accessing lt999 or using any of its services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Lt999 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the website. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

• These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bengali; the English version shall be considered the definitive version for interpretation purposes.
• Lt999 reserves the right to suspend or modify its services at any time and for any reason.
• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be legally unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to register an account on lt999. lt999 reserves the right to close any account that does not meet these requirements.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to register.
• Each individual may only hold one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Keeping your account password and login credentials secure is your own responsibility.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

03 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on lt999 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 300 (three hundred taka).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds will only be returned to the same payment method used to make the original deposit.
• For any suspicious transactions, lt999 reserves the right to hold payments pending verification.
• Withdrawal processing time: typically 1–24 business hours.

Lt999 does not charge any transaction fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. lt999 is not responsible for any such fees.

04 Bonus & Promotion Terms and Conditions

All bonuses and promotional offers on lt999 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Accepting a bonus means you agree to all associated terms.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• Each bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement (typically 10x–30x).
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Any attempt at bonus abuse or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses will result in account termination.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

05 Betting Rules & Gaming Terms

All game outcomes on lt999 are determined by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator), which is regularly audited by independent third parties.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, lt999 reserves the right to void or refund the bet where applicable.
• If a disconnection occurs during a Live Casino game, any bets already confirmed will remain valid.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake will be refunded.
• Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player) rate, which is listed in the game information.

06 Prohibited Activities & Account Termination Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lt999. If a violation is detected, the account may be closed immediately and the balance forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false identity or using someone else's identity.
• Bonus abuse — attempting to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Intentionally exploiting system bugs or errors.
• Collusion or coordination with other members.

07 KYC Identity Verification Process

Lt999 complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals and transactions above a certain amount.

• Scanned copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement — issued within the last 3 months).

11 Account Closure Policy

You may close your account at any time. Requests submitted through the support team will be processed within 48 hours. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

Lt999 reserves the right to close any account without prior notice for rule violations. Any legitimate balance will be returned; however, bonuses and suspicious winnings may be forfeited.
